Up the Ratios values integrity, respect, service and excellence. We hold ourselves accountable to these values in carrying out our mission.
Staff accountability policy
Every member of Up the Ratios is held to the Up the Ratios honor code. To make sure we show excellence and integrity in our mission, all staff members are held to a high standard of activity, honesty and responsibility.
Being a staff member is not a decorative title. There are enforced responsibilities and standards for every staff member, including members of the Board of Directors.
Report a concern
Report any violation of the bylaws, or any wrongdoing by a staff member or student, to uptheratios@gmail.com. We take every report seriously.
